Every console we sell is tested and covered against functional failure for the warranty period above, starting the day it's delivered.
What's covered
- Hardware faults that affect normal use
- Power or charging problems under proper use
- Internal component failures not caused by damage
If a fault is confirmed, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund you.
What's not covered
- Cosmetic wear — scratches, marks, signs of age
- Anything already shown in the photos or noted in the listing
- Damage after delivery (drops, liquid, heat)
- Natural battery wear over time
- Use of incorrect chargers or accessories
- Third-party repairs or modifications
These are retro consoles, often 15–20 years old, so light signs of use are part of their character.

Everything we sell is genuine unless clearly stated otherwise. If an item turns out not to be original and we didn't disclose it, you get a full refund.

When your order goes out
We aim to have orders packed and on their way within 2 to 4 business days of purchase. Anything ordered before 1:00 PM counts toward that same day; orders after the cut-off start the next business day. Bear in mind that holiday seasons and big sale periods get busy, so processing can run a touch longer than usual during those times. The moment your parcel leaves us, a confirmation email lands in your inbox with everything you need to follow it.
How long delivery takes
Transit time depends on where you are:
- Within the UAE — 1 to 3 business days
- Across the GCC — 2 to 4 business days

Keeping track
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check its progress at any point from your account on our website. Questions about a specific order? Drop a line to support@retrocart.ae — pop your order number in the subject line and we'll get to it quicker.
If a parcel goes missing
Should tracking show your order as delivered but it's nowhere to be found, the fastest route is to open a claim straight with the courier. We're happy to back you up and help push it along wherever we can.
Getting the address right
It's worth a quick double-check of your delivery details at checkout. We can't take responsibility for orders that don't arrive because the address was entered incorrectly. If a parcel bounces back to us for that reason, we'll refund what you paid for the items themselves, though the original shipping fee isn't recoverable.
